Cash on Delivery

Using Cash on Delivery is very simple. Pay in cash upon delivery / pickup of your item.

Tigo Cash

Please follow these steps to pay for your order using Tigo Cash

    If you are registered on Tigo Cash:
  • Dial *500#
  • Press 4 for "Payments" on your Tigo Cash Menu
  • Press 2 for "Pay Business"
  • Then Enter the business number of Kaymu. Kaymu business number is 20158
  • Enter the amount indicated in your confirmation email
  • Enter your Tigo Cash Pin to execute the payment
  • Once payment is processed you will receive an email with the seller's contact information. You can then arrange for delivery or pick up.

    If you are not already registered to Tigo Cash, you can register by following these steps:
  • Go to any Tigo Service Centre or any Tigo Cash agent
  • Present a valid ID or Passport
  • The agent will take you through the registration process.
  • Once you have completed your registration, dial *500# to start using Tigo Cash.

    • This is a Kaymu SafePay method. When you choose Kaymu SafePay, we act as intermediaries between you and the seller. We hold your money until you have received your order. Only then do we release payment to the seller.

MTN Mobile Money

If you prefer to pre-pay, please follow these steps:

  • Dial *182# and choose option 1 which is "Send Money".
  • Then choose Option 1 again - "Mobile user".
  • Enter the MTN Momo number for Jumia: 250784365917.
  • Enter the exact total amount (inclusive of delivery fees).
  • Enter your buyer account name and order number as a reason.
  • You'll receive a message with amount to be sent asking you to confirm by entering your PIN number.
  • Finally, you'll get a confirmation message of the deducted amount.
